Visionshark Fuels, in strategic partnership with Global Omega LLC, has established a highly selective Tier 1 EN590 10 PPM CIF Fuel Supply Program designed for qualified buyers seeking reliable, long-term fuel allocations from proven suppliers.
Both companies leverage their longstanding industry relationships, extensive transaction experience, and rigorous compliance procedures to provide buyers with direct access to legitimate CIF supply opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and due diligence.
An Exclusive Supplier Network
Unlike brokers offering multiple unknown sources, our CIF program is intentionally limited to three carefully vetted Tier 1 suppliers. Each supplier has an established transaction history and verifiable past performance, providing qualified buyers with confidence throughout the procurement process.

One supplier has fully allocated production through 2026, with onboarding now available for buyers seeking allocations beginning in 2027.

Two active suppliers currently have EN590 10 PPM available for qualified CIF transactions.
Following completion of our mandatory due diligence process, Visionshark Fuels and Global Omega LLC evaluate current supplier availability, pricing, logistics, and delivery capability before determining which supplier is best suited for the buyer's requirements. The Final Corporate Offer (FCO) is then issued from the supplier offering the most competitive commercial terms at that time.
A Process Built on Compliance
Our transaction procedures have been developed to protect both buyers and suppliers while ensuring efficient execution.
Every prospective buyer is subject to our mandatory 2 to 5-day due diligence and compliance review, jointly conducted by Visionshark Fuels and Global Omega LLC. This review includes verification of the buyer's commercial profile, financial capability, transaction readiness, and adherence to our supplier requirements.
Strict Letter of Intent (LOI) Requirements
To maintain consistency across all supplier programs, our Letter of Intent (LOI) submission format is mandatory.
Our suppliers require that every LOI be submitted exactly as provided by our compliance team. Modifications, substitutions, or alterations to the approved format are not accepted and may result in immediate rejection of the application. This standardized process enables faster compliance review, minimizes transaction delays, and ensures uniformity across all participating suppliers.
