Seller’s Tank to Buyer’s Tank Procedure

1. Buyer issues an official ICPO with Seller's procedure, KYC of the company, passport

copy of the company’s representative, banking details, valid TSA and Authorization to

Verify (ATV) to include the following:

a. b. c. d. e. f. g. h. Full Legal Name of the Terminal Operator

Exact Location and physical address of the storage terminal in Houston

Confirmation whether the TSA issuer is the operator or intermediary of the storage facility

Company registration document and business license of the tank operator including 637

licenses.

Registration details and operating licenses

of the terminal operator.

Tank numbers and allocated storage capacity related to the proposed storage agreement.

Copy of the TSA/TLA issued by the Terminal operator and confirmation that the TSA has been

issued directly by the terminal operator.

Official contact details of the terminal management, including telephone numbers and

corporate email addresses.

In addition, we kindly request that all storage documentation and confirmations be transmitted directly

from the official corporate domain of the terminal operator, as this is a mandatory requirement of our

banking partner.

2. Seller, after having approved Buyer’s company and bank, and the validity of the TSA,

issues a commercial invoice to the Buyer.

3. Buyer signs and returns to Seller the Cl. Buyer and Buyer’s logistics

sign and return back commercial invoice to Seller.

4. Seller issues to Buyer the following documents:

a) GPS coordinates – Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

b) Injection Report

c) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)

d) Fresh SGS Report in Seller’s Tank

e) Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC)

f) Authorization to verify (ATV)

g) Certificate of Origin

5. Buyer inspects by SGS at Buyer’s expense and sends TSR.

6. Upon successful dip test in tanks, Seller commences injection into Buyer’s tank.7. Buyer makes payment by MT103 for the total amount of the supply and lifts the product.

8. Seller transfers Title of Ownership certificate to the Buyer, upon confirmation of Payment
