ALL TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE A PERFORMANCE DEPOSIT,
If Buyer can show:
> Proof of Past Performance within the last 6 Months: Deposit rate $500,000 for 50,000 MT
> Without Past Performance: 1% - 5% Depending on strength of the buyer's due diligence
This structure follows the traditional refinery-backed supply model, ensuring all parties are contractually committed and capable of performing. The deposit mechanism protects allocation integrity and prevents non-performance.
